Located on the Netherly Road, Aberdeenshire, the property has benefitted from a much quieter environment since the opening of the AWPR. As a result, the outside spaces are being well utilised
Fact
A significant amount of structural engineering and steelwork was required to support the first floor exterior walls to create the large open plan space
Technical
The room sealed double-sided stove adds a wonderful feature to both the snug and family room
