Dana Petroleum invited us back to help assist them with refurbishing and preparing the building for their post-Covid return to the workplace.
The upgrades included refurbishing all the WC facilities to install touch-free fittings where possible. The Cafe was enlarged to allow more varied types of seating and to enable a greater occupancy with social distancing requirements and finally, the reception desk was upgraded to provide a barrier for the reception team.

Scope
The project included refurbishment of the WC areas which were not included in the original fit-out ten years ago, along with the reception area and the cafe.
Environment
Bold bright colours were used in the WCs to complement the existing bold scheme in the original office refurbishment.
Fact
Team benches and coffee bars were added to the cafe to give the users a variety of different seating options to suit individuals and groups that may use the cafe for meetings.
Technical
The new WCs have had state-of-the-art touchless WC fittings with intelligent monitoring to prevent unnecessary water usage.
