JAMstudio were appointed to design our client a new four bedroom home on a greenfield site with outline permission for two houses which was being sold by an estate in Aberdeenshire
Environment
Located on a large estate in Aberdeenshire, the house has spectacular views across the surrounding countryside
Fact
The garage was designed with a loft storage area for biomass fuel and can hold upto 6 tons of wood pellets
Technical
The house was designed with energy efficiency in mind from the outset and scored in excess of 100 on the SAP rating
