Station Road Banchory
Aberdeenshire
A new house plot in the heart of Banchory on a challenging site was created by sub dividing a substantial garden with a number of protected trees. The design takes its cues from the original manse. The new house will be super insulated and is designed to take advantage of the steep topography of the site.

The experience of designing, and getting planning permission for this house was challenging but extremely rewarding. I am thrilled that all our hard work has paid off!
